Our Custom Orthotics Care Process

Foot and Gait Check
We ask about foot pain, shoe use, and daily walk load. We also check gait, foot shape, and weight shift, then set one clear goal, like less heel pain or better arch support.

Fit and Device Plan
Care follows a plan based on your goal and foot mechanics. We explain the device type and how it supports the arch and heel. We also review shoe fit, since orthotics must match shoe depth.

Follow-Up and Adjustments
We review comfort after wear and note any pressure points. We also check wear pattern and walking comfort. If needed, we adjust fit to reduce rubbing and improve support.

Why Markham Clients Choose Our Custom Orthotics
We deliver custom orthotics care focused on foot support and lower limb alignment. Each visit starts with a short intake and one clear goal, like less heel pain or better knee comfort. Care stays focused on that goal through the process.
Markham clients often book orthotics for plantar heel pain, arch strain, flat feet, and foot fatigue from long shifts. Many also book care for knee pain and hip pain linked to foot mechanics. We guide break-in time and shoe pairing.
