How Our Custom Orthotics Visits Work

Foot History and Pain Map
We ask about heel pain, arch pain, shoe type, and daily walk load. We also note where pain starts, what makes it worse, and what shoes you wear most days.

Gait and Fit Review
We check gait, foot shape, and weight shift. We also review shoe fit, since device size and shoe depth must match. This helps reduce rubbing and helps improve comfort during wear.

Break-In and Follow-Up
We explain a break-in plan and what signs to watch, like pressure points or new aches. We review comfort after wear and adjust fit if needed to improve support and reduce irritation.

Why Markham Village Clients Choose Our Custom Orthotics
We deliver custom orthotics care focused on foot support and walking comfort. Each visit starts with a short intake and one clear goal, like less heel pain or less foot fatigue. Care stays focused on that goal through the process.
Markham Village clients often book orthotics for plantar heel pain, arch strain, flat feet, and foot fatigue from long shifts. Many also book care for knee pain linked to foot load and for shin pain after runs. We guide shoe pairing and wear time.
