Physiotherapy Session Framework

Case History and Target
We ask how pain began, what movements cause pain, and what tasks you need to do, like stairs, lifts, or sport work. We then set one clear goal, like better shoulder lift or less knee pain.

Range, Strength, and Control
We check joint range, muscle strength, balance, and walking pattern. We also test the task that triggers pain, like a squat, step-up, reach, or push, to guide exercise choice and load.

Rehab Plan With Progress Checks
Care uses exercises, mobility work, and hands-on care when needed. We track progress with clear measures, like rep count, range change, and pain level during a task. We update the plan as strength improves.

Why Cornell Clients Choose Our Physiotherapy
We provide physiotherapy focused on recovery and return to function. The first visit sets one clear target, like better walking, better lifting, or less pain during sport. Each visit follows a plan and checks progress using movement tests and strength work.
Cornell clients often book care for knee pain, low back pain, shoulder strain, and ankle sprains. Many also book rehab after a work strain, a sport injury, or a car crash injury. Care can include strength work, balance drills, mobility work, and graded return steps.
