Physiotherapy Visit Outline

Pain History and Goal
We ask how pain started, what makes it worse, and what you need to return to, like stairs, running, or lifting. We then set one clear goal, like better knee bend or less shoulder pain.

Movement Screen
We check joint range, muscle strength, balance, and walking pattern. We also test the task that triggers pain, like a squat, step-up, or reach, to guide exercise choice and load level.

Exercise Plan and Rechecks
Care uses exercises, mobility work, and hands-on care when needed. We track progress with simple checks, like range change, step count, or time on balance. We update the plan as control improves.

Why Wismer Commons Clients Choose Our Physiotherapy
We provide physiotherapy focused on return to function and safe load build-up. The first visit sets one clear target, like better walking, better lifting, or less pain during sport. Each visit follows a plan and checks progress using movement and strength tests.
Wismer Commons clients often book care for knee pain, low back pain, shoulder strain, and ankle sprains. Many also book rehab for tendon pain, like Achilles pain or elbow pain, after sport or work strain. Care can include strength work, balance drills, and graded return steps.
Some clients review nearby options before booking, so you can check Angus Glen and Berczy Village, or compare Greensborough and Cornell for the same service.
